    About ACE Care Gap

Closing the continence care gap begins by making education easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to use.

    Why ACE Care Gap exists

ACE Care Gap was created from a simple but urgent belief: no one should struggle in silence because trustworthy continence education is difficult to find, difficult to understand, or unavailable in their community.

    Our Founder

    Jackie Rennie

My name is Jackie Rennie, and my career has been built through frontline experience across healthcare, consumer education, community support, and carer engagement.

I have worked alongside individuals navigating complex medical systems, carers managing high-care needs at home, families facing major health transitions, and grassroots organisations supporting people who may otherwise fall through service gaps.

These experiences have given me a deep understanding of what people need when they are facing sensitive health concerns.

    They need:

    • Clear information
    • Practical choices
    • Respectful communication
    • To know where to turn next
    • To feel that their dignity, privacy, and personal circumstances matter

My digital experience allows me to take this understanding further. Through skills in content marketing, email education, community building, relationship marketing, brand storytelling, public speaking, stakeholder engagement, referral network development, and partnership outreach, I can help transform complex continence information into education that is easier to access and act upon.

    What people need

ACE Care Gap brings together healthcare knowledge, digital education, community connection, and strategic partnerships to improve access to bladder and bowel support.

The aim is not simply to publish more information. It is to create clearer pathways between individuals, carers, health professionals, service providers, and trusted resources.

This is a human-centred approach to continence education. It recognises that the person seeking help may feel embarrassed, uncertain, exhausted, or overwhelmed. The information must therefore be welcoming, practical, easy to navigate, and grounded in respect.

    Clear information

Trustworthy continence education that is easy to find, easy to understand, and written in plain language anyone can act on.

    Practical choices

Real guidance on products, routines, and management strategies so people can make decisions that fit their daily life.

    Respectful communication

Every conversation, every resource, and every interaction is grounded in warmth, dignity, and zero judgement.

Direction — knowing where to turn next

Clearer pathways between individuals, carers, health professionals, service providers, and trusted resources.

Dignity — privacy and personal circumstances matter

The person seeking help may feel embarrassed, uncertain, or overwhelmed. Every piece of information must honour that.

    Our Mission

ACE Care Gap exists to help reduce silence, strengthen health literacy, connect communities with support, and ensure more people can make informed decisions about continence care.

Because closing the continence care gap begins by making education easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to use.
